GGP gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. They’re good at most stores and restaurants in Whalers Village, wherever American Express is accepted.

Use them nationwide
Want a gift that can be used on the mainland? As we say in Hawaii, “no worries.” GGP gift cards purchased at Whalers Village are good at over 200 GGP malls nationwide, including Ala Moana Center and Ward Centers on Oahu. For details, visit www.ggpgiftcards.com.

Where to buy your gift cards
You can purchase Whalers Village gift cards at our Whalers Village Management Office, Building H-6, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, except holidays.

We gladly accept cash, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Sorry, our Whalers Village GGP gift card cannot be purchased by phone.

Checking your balance
You can check your gift card balance in three easy ways:

• Visit the Whalers Village Management Office.
• Call the toll-free automated system at 1-800-263-4928.
• Visit www.ggpgiftcards.com.

Replacing a lost or stolen card
Write down the number on the back of your GGP mall gift card. If it’s lost or stolen, simply call 1-800-263-4928. We’ll cancel your card and replace it with a new one for a nominal fee. Please act promptly. Debits made prior to your call are non-refundable. For details, visit www.ggpgiftcards.com.

Making returns
Present your gift card and store receipt to the cashier and the return amount will be credited back to your gift card. Or, you can receive a store merchandise credit. Please be aware that your return transaction may take up to 7 days to be processed back to your gift card.
