GGP gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. They’re good at most stores and restaurants in Whalers Village, wherever American Express is accepted.

Where to buy your gift cards
You can purchase GGP gift cards at www.ggpgiftcards.com or at the Ala Moana Customer Service Center.  

They gladly accept, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or JCB credit cards or corporate checks only.  Sorry, mall gift cards cannot be purchased by phone.

Checking your balance
You can check your gift card balance in three easy ways:

• Call the toll-free number printed on the card.
• Visit www.ggpgiftcards.com.

Replacing a lost or stolen card
Write down the number on the back of your GGP mall gift card. If it’s lost or stolen, simply call the toll-free number on the card. American Express will cancel your card and replace it with a new one for a nominal fee. Please act promptly. Making returns
Present your gift card and store receipt to the cashier and the return amount will be credited back to your gift card. Or, you can receive a store merchandise credit. Please be aware that your return transaction may take up to 7 days to be processed back to your gift card.
